New energy saving type ceramic fiber fire box
Traditional fire box of dryer insolates heat by lined castable refractory to reduce energy dissipation. However, because of lined castable refractory has bigger heat transfer coefficientand larger proportion, the traditional fire box performs not very well in insulation effect. Actual operating temperature of outer wall could be up to 200℃, which dissipates lots of heat energy. Besides, it is not notable to reduce the outer temperature of fire box by thickening castable refractory; instead, it does increase weight and volume of equipment. It encounters poor economy.
To overcome this limitation, Doright launched new energy saving type ceramic fiber fire box with ceramic fiber inside. Having lower heat transfer coefficient and smaller proportion of ceramic fiber, the new energy saving type ceramic fiber fire box has following advantages:
1. Good energy-saving effect. Outer wall temperature of new energy saving type ceramic fiber fire box could be low to 80℃.
2. Low using cost. New energy saving type ceramic fiber fire box does not need to dry off before start-up, which saves time and cost.
3. Low cost in fabrication and installation. Weight of new energy saving type ceramic fiber fire box decreases so much to save cost in fabrication, transport and installation etc. Carbon steel shell makes working temperature decrease but strength increase, lined gravity lower, optimize working conditions and saving feeding amount.
4. Low cost in maintaining and repairing. Ceramic fiber modules have high density and wind loading rating (up to 20m/s) and have longer service life. Light in weight of fire box is convenient for hoisting when repairing. Fixed by thread is convenient for replacing and using.
5. Ceramic fiber can be reused. Ceramic fiber that reaches their service lifetime can be made to ceramic fiber blanket using in fire box or as seal gasket and jacketing of equipment.
